I'm going to make some nice fajitas.<br />
Maybe you like them to, so here is the recipe.<br />

What you buy.<br />
- 8 wraps/tortillas<br />
- 1 lime<br />
- 400 gr fillet of chicken<br />
- red union (1 or 2)<br />
- 2 peppers (red and yellow would be nice)<br />
- some dried chili flakes<br />
- some dried oregano<br />
- salt, pepper<br />
- some iceberg lettuce (cut)<br />
- some oil<br />

Slice long pieces of peppers, same with the chicken.<br />
Cut the union in long pieces. Make some zest from the lime.<br />
Throw everything (not lettuce and wraps) in a bowl and mix it.<br />
Cut the lime and add the juice also.<br />
<br />
Get a grill pan and throw the content of the bowl in it. Just keep it good hot and stir it a bit until the chicken is ok.<br />
<br />
Warm the wraps in the micro or in a pan.<br />
<br />
Put some sour cream on a wrap. Put some grilled stuff on it. And some lettuce and have a nice fast meal.<br />
